Role Overview

As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that build awareness, engagement, and trust across our social media platforms. You will represent the voice of GK Hair, connect with our audience, and ensure that every post reflects our brand’s identity. Your success will be measured by growth in reach, engagement, and direct contributions to business objectives such as lead generation and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, stories, and reels) tailored to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Ensure all content is aligned with GK Hair’s brand style, tone, and goals.

Community Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, stylists, and influencers.

Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.

Create genuine conversations, not just replies.

Analytics & Insights

Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.

Use insights from TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to improve performance.

Monitor competitors and stay updated on social media trends and algorithm updates.

Work with the marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and visuals.

Partner with education teams to showcase product benefits and techniques.

Collaborate with influencers and content creators on campaigns, from outreach to performance tracking.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).

Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snap Chat) and what works on each.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with flawless English.

Proficiency in Canva and other content / design tools.

Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
