Job description5+ years of UX design experience, ideally with complex web applications or enterprise-level software Deep understanding of UX best practices, interaction design principles, and user-centered methodologies Proven ability to design intuitive workflows for data-heavy or task-intensive systems Strong skills in research synthesis, persona development, and information architecture Proficiency with wireframing and UX tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, Miro, or Lucidchart Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Experience designing within or maintaining design systems Understanding of user analytics and how to translate data insights into UX improvements A Graduation degree in computer science or a related field Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Familiarity with Agile methodology and product discovery sprints Background in healthcare technology or medical software UX is a must Boost user efficiency by designing workflows that reduce task completion time. Cut support overhead by minimizing UX‑related issues, reducing support tickets. Accelerate product delivery through lean prototyping and usability testing, shortening feature cycles. Screening Call – Initial conversation to explore mutual fit Coding Assignment for testing UX skills and experience. Technical Interview – Dive deep into your UX process, experience, and portfolio Final Interview – Align expectations, team fit, and next steps

Senior UX Designer (Web Applications)

We are seeking a highly experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to lead the design of intuitive, efficient, and user-centered workflows for our web-based applications. This role is critical to shaping the usability of complex, professional-grade tools in the healthcare technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to uncover pain points and validate design decisions
- Translate business and product requirements into clear user flows, journey maps, and interaction models
- Develop wireframes, task flows, and low‑fidelity prototypes to define optimal user experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure UX goals are met throughout development
- Perform heuristic evaluations and usability testing to refine the product experience
- Serve as a strong advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle
- Document and maintain UX guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across the product suite
