HSE Head (Karachi)

Overview

We Garment Export Company located at Korangi, Karachi, are seeking an experienced and dynamic HSE Head to lead our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) department, overseeing all HSE operations across office and field locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of HSE professionals (both site-based and office-based), developing and enforcing HSE policies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards throughout operational activities. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree. Preferred certifications include NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 : 2018, and ISO 14001 : 2015. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining HSE systems and programs across multiple sites. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HSE department across multiple sites, including site-based and office-based teams. Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with safety standards. Monitor and improve HSE performance through audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions. Promote a culture of safety, training, and continuous improvement among all staff and contractors. Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to local, national, and industry-specific regulations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Preferred certifications : NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 : 2018, ISO 14001 : 2015. 3 to 5 years of relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proven track record of implementing and maintaining HSE systems across multiple sites.
