Assist in managing day-to-day operations of our Amazon UAE FBM store. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to ensure continuous product availability. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Optimize product listings with engaging and SEO-friendly content. Conduct research on competitors and market trends to strategize pricing and promotions. Process orders, shipment tracking, and ensure timely deliveries. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement. Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBM operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
