Zealtouch is looking for a fluent English-speaking Tech CSR to join our support team. You’ll assist users via calls, chat, and email, handle KYC verifications, approve registrations, and detect fraud or suspicious activity.
This is not a sales role — we’re seeking a problem-solver who can guide users clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound & outbound support via calls, chat, and email
- Guide users through KYC and onboarding processes
- Review and approve registrations after due diligence
- Monitor and identify potential fraud or suspicious activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate issues
- Maintain detailed logs of interactions and support cases
- Use CRM and calling tools effectively to manage workflows
