Job description :
Limton Group of companies is currently hiring for a CRM Coordinator (Female), responsible for all tasks related to complaint management, repair, and in-house companion products sales in CSD. The role requires coordination with customers to note their issues and liaise with field engineers or in-house engineers for resolution of complaints or repairs as the case may be. Additionally, the coordinator will deal with walk-in clients who come to purchase or collect companion products and / or repaired machines. Ensuring quality checks and timelines for engineers is important.
Skills Requirement :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English); ability to coordinate with a variety of internal & external customers; strong organizational and planning skills; capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; goal-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines; proactive with strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain accurate and detailed records; computer literacy.

Features
Qualification : BE (Electronics) or DAE (Electronics) with some business background.
Experience : At least one year working experience in a similar capacity or in technical coordination.
