Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Responsibilities

Develop and deliver curriculum : Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans, lectures, and hands-on activities that cover all aspects of the Health Care Assistant program curriculum. Classroom instruction : Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills in areas such as patient care, medical terminology, infection control, and vital signs monitoring. Clinical training supervision : Facilitate clinical training experiences by overseeing students during their practical rotations in healthcare settings, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and professional standards. Assess student progress : Evaluate student performance through quizzes, exams, assignments, and practical assessments to measure understanding and proficiency in course materials. Provide feedback and support : Offer constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them enhance their skills and address areas for improvement. Provide academic and personal support as needed to promote student success. Stay current with industry trends : Keep abreast of developments in the healthcare field, including changes in regulations, best practices, and technological advancements, and integrate relevant updates into the curriculum. Collaborate with colleagues : Work collaboratively with other instructors, program coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure smooth program operations, effective communication, and continuous improvement of teaching methods and materials. Education :

Knowledge : Thorough understanding of healthcare principles, practices, and regulations. Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Certification :

Current certification as a Health Care Assistant or equivalent is required. Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or medication administration may be advantageous. Flexibility :
