Our client is a real estate team based in Toronto, seeking a proactive and motivated Real Estate Sales & Leasing Coordinator to help drive business growth. This is a hybrid role combining inside sales, lead follow‑up, and hands‑on coordination of residential leases and sales. If you’re someone who loves talking to people, can handle multiple deals at once, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, this is for you. You’ll be involved in nearly every step of the process — from the first inquiry to sending listings, booking showings, preparing offers, and helping close deals. Key Responsibilities
Make and receive sales calls to convert new leads into clients. Follow up consistently with leads through calls, texts, and emails — multiple touchpoints are key. Qualify leads and maintain organized records in the CRM (GoHighLevel experience is an asset). Leasing Coordination (The Whole Nine Yards) Respond promptly to rental and purchase inquiries from online listings and marketing channels. Send property listings tailored to client needs and manage communications throughout the process. Schedule and confirm showings; coordinate with tenants, landlords, and agents. Prepare and send offers, track responses, and follow up on documentation and approvals. Assist in managing lease renewals, applications, and deal closings. Operational Support Support the team with transaction management and file organization. Track deal flow and maintain up-to-date CRM records and reports. Collaborate with agents to ensure clients receive timely, professional service. Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in
real estate sales support, inside sales, or leasing coordination . Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with clients over the phone. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple active deals simultaneously. Proficiency with CRMs, lead tracking, and digital communication tools (GoHighLevel preferred). Familiarity with real estate contracts, offers, and leasing processes. Ideal Candidate
