Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Jira Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in managing our Jira projects and workflows to ensure effective utilization and smooth operations. You will work closely with project managers and teams to enhance collaboration and track progress across various projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure Jira projects to align with team workflows and processes.
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining project documentation in Jira.
• Provide support to team members to optimize their usage of Jira and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor and report on project metrics and progress using Jira dashboards and filters.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines, priorities, and milestones are being met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
