Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations Monitor and analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement Develop and maintain financial databases and records Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives Train and mentor junior accounting staff Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Handle any other related accounting tasks as assigned Job Specification

Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant in the electrical / electronic manufacturing industry Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, ERP systems) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a positive attitude
