• Handle customer queries via chat and phone (inbound & outbound)
• Assist players with account, deposit, withdrawal , and gameplay-related issues
• Adhere to SOPs and company protocols
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Use Excel for data tracking and basic reporting
• Deliver timely, professional, and empathetic customer service
