If you achieve the monthly target of PKR 70,000, you will receive a salary + commission. If sales hit at least PKR 40,000 but fall short of the target, commission will be paid for the first month. This is a results-driven position where success in the first month will determine long-term employment with us.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients and generate quality leads through online research and outreach.
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to convert leads into paying clients.
- Achieve the monthly target of generating at least PKR 70,000 in sales.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up as required.
- Work closely with the team to strategize and refine lead generation processes.
