Remote Role Description

This is a full-time role for a

Senior AI Software Engineer – Agentic Frameworks & LLMs

based in Pakistan. You will be responsible for designing and building intelligent, AI-powered application features that enhance and simplify user experiences. This includes working with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks to deliver innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ideate, prototype, and implement AI-driven functionality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development Proven experience working with LLMs and AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Autogen, etc.) Familiarity with AI agents and orchestration patterns Experience with Django and React (preferred) Strong understanding of generative AI tools, models, and APIs Ability to design production-ready AI-powered features Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Responsibilities

Design and develop application features leveraging LLMs for user interaction and automation

Implement and extend agentic frameworks (Autogen preferred) for intelligent workflow orchestration

Collaborate with product and design teams to identify AI use cases

Develop backend APIs and services in Python to integrate AI into the platform

Prototype, test, and refine AI features based on user feedback

Ensure AI components are secure, scalable, and maintainable

Contribute to internal tools to accelerate AI / LLM adoption

Stay updated with advancements in GenAI and agent-based systems Must Have

Experience with LLM integration and AI-powered feature development

Hands-on knowledge of agentic frameworks (Autogen or similar)

Understanding of secure and scalable AI architecture

Nice to have

Django and React experience

Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience

Knowledge of additional AI frameworks or orchestration tools
