Job Description We are building a next‑generation
Product Information Management (PIM)
system that defines how we acquire, aggregate, normalize, and syndicate vast amounts of data to various targets using state‑of‑the‑art technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned Java developers and architects to join a dynamic product development team, grow their careers, and work on cutting‑edge technologies to solve challenges involving large‑scale data, high availability, and scalability in distributed environments.
As a
Junior Java Developer / Programmer , you will work on specific parts of the product alongside senior engineers and other team members. You must be a passionate software engineer who models the world through design patterns and object‑oriented principles. Functional programming and test‑driven development should come naturally to you. You are accustomed to working in agile teams, delivering incremental improvements through continuous delivery pipelines. You take pride in the quality, security, and robustness of your code, and your deep understanding of the execution environment ensures these qualities are reflected in the systems you build.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team on assigned tasks under the guidance of senior engineers and team leads
Write well‑designed, testable, and efficient code (primarily in Java)
Develop and debug high‑volume, low‑latency, high‑performance applications with high availability
Build APIs using object‑oriented design and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
Work with TypeScript and Node.js
Partner with a mentor to learn and demonstrate consistent progress toward the next level of the career ladder
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field
Fresh grad - 6 months of commercial software development experience
Expert knowledge of the Java platform and related technologiesExperience with static code analysis and linting tools
Strong background in automated testing
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
Understanding of CI / CD processes
Proficient in Git
Experience with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch or MongoDB
Solid understanding of web technologies
Ability to work with TypeScript and Node.js
Self‑driven and motivated
Passionate about quality, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
