Conduct assessments of children's speech and language abilities. Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Utilize evidence-based techniques and activities to facilitate speech and language development. Collaborate with parents to support children’s overall progress. Monitor and document each child's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide guidance and resources to families to support speech and language development at home. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies. Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
