This is a full-time on-site role located in the Karachi Division for a Business Development Executive in Sales. The role involves identifying opportunities for new business development, generating leads, and managing accounts effectively. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic planning, client engagement, and business expansion activities.

Qualifications :

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business principles and processes
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Account Management
• Ability to set and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in time management and strategic thinking
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field preferred
