The Pakistan Lacrosse Federation (PLF) is the governing body for lacrosse in Pakistan, recognized as an affiliated member of World Lacrosse and the Asia Pacific Lacrosse Union. Lacrosse, now an Olympic sport, is gaining momentum globally, and PLF is committed to promoting and developing the sport within Pakistan. The Federation aims to organize various lacrosse events, training programs, and ensure the national team's participation in international competitions.

Job Summary :

PLF is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Fundraising Manager (individual or team) to spearhead our sponsorship and fundraising efforts. This role is percentage-based, meaning compensation will be directly tied to the funds raised. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing sponsors and funding for organizing lacrosse events, training sessions, and supporting the national team's participation in international events.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sponsorship Acquisition : Identify, approach, and secure sponsors for lacrosse events, training programs, and international competitions. Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, philanthropic organizations, and individual donors.
• Fundraising Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the PLF's goals and objectives. Utilize innovative approaches to maximize fundraising potential.
• Proposal Development : Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of supporting lacrosse in Pakistan. Tailor proposals to suit the interests of potential sponsors.
• Event Coordination : Collaborate with event organizers and other stakeholders to ensure that sponsor needs and expectations are met during lacrosse events. Facilitate sponsor branding and promotional activities during events.
• Reporting and Analysis : Track and report on fundraising activities, sponsorship agreements, and financial targets. Provide regular updates to PLF leadership on progress and challenges.
• Network Building : Establish and grow a network of potential sponsors, partners, and donors within Pakistan and internationally. Leverage personal and professional networks to identify new fundraising opportunities.
• Compliance : Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards. Adhere to PLF policies and procedures related to sponsorship and fundraising.

Compensation :

This is a percentage-based position. The Fundraising Manager will earn a commission based on a percentage of the total funds raised. Specific terms and percentage rates will be discussed during the interview process.
