KeyResponsibilities

Contactinsurancecompaniesviaphoneandonlineportalstoconfirmeligibility,coveragedetails, deductibles,co-pays,co-insurance,andauthorizationrequirements. Work closely with billing, credentialing, and pre-authorization teams to ensure seamless RCM operations. MaintainconfidentialityofpatientandinsuranceinformationincompliancewithHIPAAguidelines. Qualifications

Bachelor’sdegreepreferred(Business,Healthcare,orrelatedfield). Minimum1–2yearsofexperiencein medicalordentalRCM ,specifically insurance verification / VoB . Familiarity with U.S. insurance carriers, payer portals, and dental / medical billing software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft,eClinicalWorks,etc.). Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswithhighattentiontodetail. Abilitytomultitask,prioritize,andworkunderpressureinafast-pacedenvironment. WhatWeOffer
