Job Title : Lifecycle Marketing Manager — Health / Clinical / Education Focus

Employment Type : Full-time; Remote

Schedule : EST (9 am–5 pm EST), with flexibility for campaign needs

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of health, education, and digital engagement. This role is responsible for designing and executing patient-centered journeys across the full lifecycle—from awareness and onboarding, to retention, engagement, and advocacy. You’ll translate clinical expertise into empathetic, clear, and personalized communication that drives patient outcomes and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Journey Design & Execution

Build and optimize lifecycle programs across email, SMS, app, and web to nurture patients from first touch through long-term engagement.

Patient Education Focus

Translate clinical knowledge and treatment pathways into digestible, empathetic communication that empowers patients to understand and manage their care.

Segmentation & Personalization

Leverage behavioral, demographic, and clinical data to deliver personalized messages that resonate with individual patient needs.

Retention & Engagement

Develop strategies that reduce churn, increase refill adherence, and maximize long-term patient satisfaction and lifetime value.

Analytics & Experimentation

Track KPIs (conversion, open / click rates, churn, NPS, adherence), run A / B tests, and optimize campaigns continuously for better outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with growth, clinical, product, and creative teams to ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with Allermi’s medical accuracy and patient experience standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle / CRM / retention marketing, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or education.
  • Familiarity with email / SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, etc.) and campaign analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong testing, reporting, and optimization skills.
  • Ability to distill clinical and educational content into clear, human-centered messaging.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
