East Coast Dropship Solutions is a leading e-commerce enterprise specializing in dropshipping and third-party logistics (3PL) services along the East Coast. With a focus on efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we aim to streamline the supply chain process for businesses of all sizes.

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist with expertise in East Coast dropshipping and 3PL operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing logistics processes, and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of our dropshipping and 3PL operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and backorders.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, such as optimizing layout, implementing automation technologies, and streamlining workflows.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in dropshipping, 3PL, and e-commerce logistics.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on inventory levels, sales performance, and logistics metrics to stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any shipping-related issues or concerns.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the East Coast region.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers, freight forwarding, and customs regulations is desirable.
