Your Mission: • Manage and execute a comprehensive Local SEO strategy for our Google Business Profiles nationwide.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBPs) across multiple service regions ✅Implement and maintain UTM tracking and call tracking for accurate lead attribution.

• ✅ Conduct Local SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• ✅ Manage local citations, backlink strategies, and reputation initiatives.
• ✅ Monitor and improve Local Pack rankings across target markets.
• ✅Collaborate with internal teams for technical SEO fixes and localized content strategies.
• ✅ Provide clear, actionable reporting on performance, growth, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications: ✔️ 5+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking businesses in the Google 3-Pack.

• ✔️ Expertise in Google Business Profile management and optimization at scale.
• ✔️ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to Local SEO performance.
• ✔️ Hands-on experience with BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio.
• ✔️ In-depth knowledge of local search algorithms, citation management, and competitive Local SEO strategies ✔️ Experience with UTM tracking and call attribution for performance reporting.
• ✔️Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• ✔️ Ownership mentality with a focus on results and measurable KPIs.
