Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Devsinc is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, possessing a strong skill set in software configuration, customization, and technical problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for tailoring ServiceNow solutions, analyzing business requirements, and designing and delivering technical solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The successful candidate will have a passion for continuous learning, a strong background in software development, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities :

Perform various customization tasks, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze their requirements, translating them into technical solutions and documentation.

Create, design, and deploy new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests, ensuring they align with business needs.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow functionalities and features, recommending solutions that provide value to our customers.

Assist in maintaining and improving existing solutions and system architectures, ensuring optimal performance.

Demonstrate leadership in technical initiatives and generate comprehensive documentation. Effectively communicate solutions and perform demonstrations for stakeholders.

Requirements :

3 to 4 years of experience in supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and / or development of the ServiceNow platform.

• Proficiency in scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment.
• Ability to develop and customize core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working with or developing in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, HTML, or HTML 5.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate solutions and perform demonstrations.
