For Nipro Pharmapackaging , we are looking for a Sales Manager DACH who is driven, collaborative, and resourceful to join us in our Commercial team . This position can be based anywhere in Europe with frequent travel in the DACH countries.
About the role
You will be working in a team that is responsible for achieving commercial targets and developing business within the DACH region. You will play a key role in managing accounts, driving growth, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
You will report to the Sales Director EMEA.
What you’ll do
Account and Area Management (50%)
- Manage existing accounts in the DACH region to meet yearly sales and profit targets
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled
- Collaborate with Operations, Technical Support, Customer Service, and QA / QC to meet customer needs
Business Development (20%)
Drive business development initiatives to grow and diversify salesIdentify new opportunities to expand our project and sales pipelineBuild networks with key decision makers to develop new businessContribute to market intelligence and attend industry eventsBudgeting and Reporting (10%)
Develop yearly budgets and strategic plans for the regionProvide monthly sales forecasts and take corrective actions when neededWhat you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related fieldFluent in German and EnglishExperience in pharma packaging is a mustProven experience in account management and business developmentStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsAbility to collaborate across departments and functionsAnalytical mindset with experience in budgeting and reportingWillingness to travel for industry events and customer meetingsWhy you should apply
