Customer Sales Representative

Simplify moving through a consultative sales process that is intended to help clients navigate a confusing and complex services market through one 15-20 minute phone call to determine providers, plans, and pricing that makes sense for the client.

SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM EST All major American holidays we will be closed All local holidays must be covered DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE :

Advising clients on the right utilities and home services for their new home or apartment

Be professional, courteous, and smart in all customer interactions over phone calls, texts, and emails

Manage and pursue a pipeline of clients (leads) given to you by making many outbound calls, texts, and emails each day

Track what you do, what customers buy, and other requirements during and after customer calls in the technology platform

Daily diligence to achieve personal and team activity and production goals

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Strong written and verbal American English communication skills and can multitask well

Little to no foreign accent, must sound like an American

Deep understanding of American culture

Ability to communicate in a friendly, but confident way. Leading the conversation is key.

Decisiveness - The ability to decide quickly as someone's advisor helps clients to trust you.

Owner mentality and leads out in being relational, driven, disciplined and coachable

Self-motivated and willing to put in the work to succeed; you’re always up for a friendly competition

Excelled in a phone sales role in both production and sales activity. Customer Service roles are also preferred.

Does what is in the best interest of clients, while recognizing that achieving revenue and activity targets are important

High levels of self-confidence and quick learner

IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND :

Phone Sales or Customer Service, call center role work experience.

Motivated by achieving goals, paying bills or providing for family, or making money.

Personal or work experience that displays ability to make confusing concepts easier to understand or engages in difficult conversations
