• 2 years of experience working as a designer for an in-house team.
• Fresh and modern aesthetic sensibility that fits in with (and adds to) our unique brand. Your work should demonstrate a strong eye for design, respect for brand standards, a love of experimentation, and a command of technology. Strong typographical skills are important – if you heart kerning, you rock.
• Background in digital design appreciated.
• Ability to take direction and feedback professionally.
• Ability to excel in a deadline-oriented, dynamic, fluid environment that values creative problem solving, attention to detail, proactive project and client management, and collaborative teamwork.
• Knowledge of print and digital production techniques and standards.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
