In a nutshell, we believe in doing well, while doing good and know how to balance the two.    Role  10Pearls is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Sales, Service & Experience Clouds along with experience in Apex & LWC.

The candidate will be responsible for developing custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role involves designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features and functionality.

The developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.       Responsibilities  Ensures adherence to standards and best practices (e.g., source code control, code reviews etc.)  Co-ordinates the team’s day-to-day technical activities.  Participate in platform architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with client business strategies.  Interacts with the Project Manager frequently and provides feedback on progress, alerts him of risks and helps the PM develop a strategy to mitigate these risks.  Implement best practices for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid platforms to meet client needs.  Mentor junior platform consultants and lead client-facing platform optimization efforts.  Ability to map business requirements to available features on the platform with best practices considerations.  Knowledge of various 3rd party apps available on platform’s marketplace.  Participate in requirement gathering and grooming sessions with business stakeholders.         Requirements  3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding of Apex, LWC, and integrations.  Proficiency in writing Apex classes, controllers, and triggers to implement complex business logic.  Strong understanding of integration with other systems, including HTTP callouts, REST / SOAP, Platform Events, WebSocket, and Change Data Capture.  Expert-level skills in building dynamic, scalable, and responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) with Lightning Design System.  Familiarity with Visualforce pages (good to have) for maintaining and enhancing legacy applications.  Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing all types of Salesforce Flows, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Auto-Launched Flows, to automate and streamline complex business processes effectively.  Experience in configuring security settings, including sharing rules, permission sets, custom permissions, field-level security, and role-based access.  Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) to build and manage portals and communities.  Strong understanding of all declarative and programmatic development.

Hands-on expertise in Omnistudio is good to have.  Strong analytical thinking with a proven ability to deal with complex platform-specific issues.  Effective use of platform-specific debugging tools and devising better logic and solutions for problem-solving.  Strong expertise in asynchronous programming (e.g., Apex @future, Queueable, Batch Apex, JavaScript Promises, async / await).  Strong ability to adapt to new tools and technologies with minimal learning curve.  Ability to utilize object-oriented programming concepts and have a reasonable grip on developing and writing clean code with all consideration of best practices.  Expert in understanding Salesforce governor limits (e.g., SOQL limits, CPU timeouts).  Ability to use of Salesforce Change Sets for deployments from any sandboxes.

Familiarity with Salesforce Packaging (Managed and Unmanaged).  Good to have familiarity with Salesforce Industry (Health), Agentforce for Developers, Agent Studio, etc.  Expertise in data extraction (SOQL, SQL, APIs), transformation (cleansing, deduplication), and loading (Data Loader, Workbench) for data migration.  Good to have business knowledge or tool expertise in financial and billing domains.  Powered by JazzHR
