Our Engineering team designs, develops, and maintains systems that drive Unifonic’s solutions. We collaborate closely with other departments to ensure our products meet customer needs. If you are passionate about technology and excited about innovative communication solutions, we want you on our team.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with developers, system operators, and engineers to manage code releases, bridging gaps between development, testing, and operations, while maintaining existing networks.

Help us shape the future of communication by :

  • Setting up and enhancing CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Deployment).
  • Configuring products to meet functional and technical requirements, including interfaces, maps, web services, and protocols.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues affecting infrastructure and systems.
  • Ensuring high availability of our products and platforms, including messaging, voice, and email gateways, 24 / 7.
  • Automating operations through scripting across environments.
  • Participating in on-call rotations.
  • Maintaining server configurations, monitoring, and documentation in cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
  • Collaborating daily with offshore teams and partners.

What you'll bring :

  • 5+ years of recent experience in a Professional Services / Enterprise DevOps role.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (CloudFormation / Terraform), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), configuration management (Ansible), Python, Elastic Stack, CI / CD tools (DroneCI, Argo CD), and network protocols.
  • Ability to work closely with offshore teams daily.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer or Software Engineering or related IT field.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ownership, critical thinking, and ability to promote DevOps initiatives in an agile environment.
  • Analytical skills and accountability for decisions.
