Job Title : Corporate Lawyer

Job Type : Full-time, Contractual (6 months)

Job Description :

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Law and a good understanding of Corporate Laws, preferably US or UK laws. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role as you will be required to communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities :

Provide legal support and advice to the company and its clients.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Law (Required).

0 to 3 years of experience in corporate law.

Strong understanding of Corporate Laws, preferably US or UK laws.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.

Ability to work at hybrid work from Monday to Friday (11 am to 8 pm).

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday, 11 am to 8 pm.
