Education : BSc. in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
• Optimize resource utilization and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Monitor employee performance using real-time data and reports.
• Organize schedules and delegate tasks to manage daily workloads.
• Prepare reports for clients.
• Follow up effectively with engineering teams and clients regarding deliverables.
• Update and revise project schedules as needed.
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
• Develop and update action trackers for ongoing projects.
• Create presentations for projects.
• Perform other duties as required by project needs.
