Accounts Officer

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

This is a full-time role for an Account Officer at Syntax Scientific (Pvt) Ltd located in Rawalpindi, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Account Officer will be responsible for managing financial accounts, reconciling bank statements and accounts, and processing accounting and shipment invoices. They will also handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering calls and emails. The Account Officer will work closely with other teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Administration.

Job Specification

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field. Fresh candidates will be encouraged to apply.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player attitude with a customer-focused approach to work
• Experience in shipping and logistics is a plus
