About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at Translation Empire . The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining the hiring process, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and selection of top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. As a Recruitment Coordinator , you will work closely with hiring managers, oversee recruitment operations, and enhance the candidate experience. Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication.
  • Manage job postings on multiple platforms and track applications.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Assist in offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator , Recruitment Executive, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Mode

    Shift Time : 10 AM to 7 PM

    Location : Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
