Role Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Intern (Sales / Business Development) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and client engagement within a dynamic consulting environment. The primary responsibility will be to secure engagement calls with potential clients, helping us expand our client base and strengthen business relationships. You will work closely with senior consultants, gaining exposure to international business practices while developing your professional skills. Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients across target industries and regions. Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels. Secure introductory engagement calls for the consulting team with decision-makers. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions. Support in preparing briefing notes ahead of client calls. Contribute creative ideas to improve lead generation and business development efforts. Qualifications

Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred). Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Confidence in engaging with senior professionals across international markets. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools is an advantage. What We Offer
