Carpoly Chemical Group Co. Ltd., Pakistan Carpoly Chemicals Group, Co. LTD. is a leading paint company with sales revenue of over $500 million. We are interested in establishing an overseas sales department in Pakistan. We encourage highly motivated individuals with strong work skills to apply for this position. Requirements 10 to 15 years of sales experience in corporate, commercial projects, industrial customers, and institutional sales related to paint; Establish a marketing strategy in Pakistan in coordination with headquarters; Manage corporate operations, including organization structure, management systems, and compensation and motivation plans; Set feasible sales targets and develop a strong sales network by integrating market resources in Pakistan; Promote the Carpoly brand image and develop strategic partnerships with key customers; Excellent communication skills in English; Preferred Qualifications Candidates from well-known paint companies with extensive experience in wood paint, especially in retail business, are preferred. The candidate will be responsible for corporate operations, brand enhancement, and establishing the sales network. Job Specification

Compensation An attractive salary package will be offered to the selected candidate. The mentioned salary range is for the first year and may be revised based on performance.
