Communicate with customers via phone and email. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs. Make and follow up on calls. Requirements : 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
