Job Description :

• Work closely with Epicor Kinetic range of Products.
• Customise and design solutions that suit customer’s business needs.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members, including graduates and junior developers.
• Liaise between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate and lead team meetings, including sprints, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Work closely with users to evaluate application requirements.
• Ensure systems are completed within agreed budgets and time frames while adhering to design and security standards.
