Job descriptionBuild contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. Keep prospective client database updated. Make cold calls for new business leads. Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project. Project price estimation, quote, and proposal creation, follow-up with the client and leads closure. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to assist sales. Responsible to achieve own and team targets. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
Job Specification
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in the Digital Industry.
- Should have a detailed understanding of the IT Software Industry (Mobile Apps & Web Apps, etc.).
- Ability to close clients on calls.
- Ability to meet monthly targets.
- Must be fluent in English communication (US / UK accent preferred).
- Having call center experience will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree; having a BS (CS) background will be an advantage.
