While AI offers a clear path forward, most organizations fail to harness its full capabilities, leading to underperforming systems and innovation‑blocking bottlenecks. IgniteTech is addressing these challenges directly through the development of AI‑first cloud solutions engineered to anticipate and prevent issues before they materialize. Our approach embeds AI and machine learning throughout cloud infrastructure management—spanning automated monitoring systems to intelligent CI / CD pipelines. This role diverges from conventional site‑reliability positions where you would respond to incidents and manually intervene during failures. Instead, you will spearhead the development of AI‑enhanced monitoring systems capable of detecting and resolving 95% of issues before end users are affected. You will also design and oversee AI‑automated CI / CD pipelines that cut deployment times by 30% while dramatically reducing manual interventions.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD / hour, which equates to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
