This role is responsible for managing the PCB’s procurement activities and contract management processes to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant acquisition of goods and services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage procurement and contracting strategies aligned with PCB’s objectives.
- Manage sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contracting processes across diverse categories.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, PPRA Rules, and applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial and legal contracts with suppliers, consultants, and service providers.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier and service contracts to ensure performance, value, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor performance.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operational teams to ensure alignment of contractual obligations with PCB’s objectives.
- Maintain a central repository of all procurement and contract documents to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
