TAB ON TECH (PVT) LTD is looking for an experienced Content Specialist to maintain the content quality standards according to the specified rules and policies. The Content Specialist must be energetic and well-driven, knowledgeable about new trends in social media, and well-versed in captions and content policies for social media channels. The candidate must be creative and capable of making plans and helping the Project Manager in the execution of all digital marketing content processing. Major Job Responsibilities : Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Verify all graphics and text content provided by the team and ensure quality assurance as per the criteria and required specifications. Be keen to learn more and implement new strategies independently. Assist the team in researching new ideas for creativity, ad copy, video captions, product descriptions, image ideas, and video concepts. Verify the video content provided by the team and approve the captions, ensuring there are no errors and everything is well designed and written. Provide final approval before delivering anything from the team to the Project Manager for further processing. Meet deadlines consistently. Collaborate with internal teams and provide new ideas in designing. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Utilize social media marketing tools. Possess good English and communication skills. Job Specification

At least 4-5 years of experience in a creative role within any organization. Well-versed in Facebook, Instagram, and other social media best practices. Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research. Critical thinker with problem-solving skills. Ability to manage brand social media content and editorial calendars across social media channels. Passion for social media PR and digital marketing.
