Marham is looking for a Human Resources
Executive to grow its People & Culture department.
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
- Calculate bonuses and allowances
- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- People Strategy Design and Implementation
- Provide project management and coordination support
- Provide technical input for people strategy-related topics such as talent management, strategic workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, career management, HR policies leadership development, learning, and staff well-being.
- Support the creation of related People Strategy implementation plans including follow-up with various HR teams and project managers.
- Support the creation of a reporting framework and reports for various audiences
- Assist in designing / creating surveys, compiling and analysing data
Provide logistical support e.g. Organize meetings, organize events.
