What You’ll Do

Engage Customers : Communicate with shoppers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to assist with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.

Drive Sales : Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and product bundling to increase conversion rates and average order value.

Recover Sales : Handle subscription recovery, winbacks, and abandoned cart assistance to re‑engage customers and boost retention.

Order Management : Manage order‑related concerns such as tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a positive post‑purchase experience that encourages repeat sales.

Represent the Brand : Deliver a concierge‑level experience, ensuring each interaction aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and service standards.

Maintain Insights : Record accurate customer data, monitor feedback trends, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and customer journey.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of proven remote / online sales and customer support experience.

Must have prior e‑commerce experience (comfortable with upselling, cross‑selling, subscription recovery, abandoned cart assistance, or post‑purchase support).

Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads and close opportunities through excellent relationship‑building.

1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is required; e‑commerce sales experience is a big plus.

Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Technical Requirements
