Construction Manager

Construction Manager Job Description Al Rehman Developers is seeking qualified and experienced Construction Managers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management : Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Planning and Scheduling : Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of all construction activities.

Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, manage resources effectively, and ensure that all expenditures are within the approved budget.

Team Coordination : Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient and productive work.

Quality Control : Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.

Health and Safety Compliance : Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations, and address any issues that may arise.

Client Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications And Requirements

Education : Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering.

Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in a management role.

Technical Skills : Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Proficiency in Software : Familiarity with construction management software and tools will be an advantage.
