ABOUT THE ROLE As an Accounting Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our clients. You will be responsible for executing various tasks, from bookkeeping and reconciliation to financial reporting. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including recording financial transactions, and maintaining accurate ledgers. Bank Reconciliation

– Reconcile bank statements and financial data while identifying and resolving discrepancies. Compliance and Process Improvements

– Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines while identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements. Budget Monitoring

– Support in monitoring and analyzing budget performance, providing insights and recommendations. Client communication

– Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information, address queries, and ensure a smooth client experience. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Qualification : A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Accounting & Finance. Prior knowledge / experience of QuickBooks. Exposure to Debit / Credit (double entries). Prior Accounting Firm Experience Someone who has a strong willingness to learn. Strong spoken and written English communication skills. Possess leadership skills demonstrated through extra-curricular activities. Strong collaboration skills. COMPENSATION & BENEFIT Base Salary : Market Competitive.
