We are looking for a talented Design & Estimation Engineer with expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and Civil works. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing designs, preparing BOQs, and providing technical support for project bids and execution. Key Responsibilities

Prepare design drawings and calculations for MEP and Civil works. Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation. Review and analyze design specifications, drawings, and contracts. Perform value engineering to optimize costs and enhance efficiency. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal project teams. Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and technical clarifications. Ensure adherence to local building codes and company standards. Job Specification

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in estimation and design for MEP and Civil projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and estimation tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with local construction codes and standards. What We Offer
