What is Jazz Business Consultant?

A Jazz Business Consultant will offer advice and expertise to Telecom & Internet Service providers to help them improve their business while leveraging on Jazz’s FTTH portfolio. In doing so, the JBC will build and sustain long‑term meaningful relationships with the clients while ensuring client engagement, selling / upselling, retention, and satisfaction.

Jazz Business consultant is a part of the FTTH department and reports directly to the Regional Manager. The Regional Manager reports to the Regional Head who leads a regionwide team of Business Consultants.

What does Jazz Business Consultant do?

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business well and sell / create solutions that cater best to the client’s needs.
• Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities for FTTH services, expanding the company’s market reach.
• Generate leads through various channels (e.g., customer visits, referrals, online inquiries) and qualify them based on their potential.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the company’s FTTH products and services, including features and benefits.
• Presentations and demonstrations of FTTH services portfolio, showcasing the benefits of FTTH services to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of customer onboarding from feasibility to contract finalization.
• Meeting Retention & Recovery Targets of assigned portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including pre‑sales, product & proposal management, technical support, billing and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
