About This Role :
The Production Associate of Retention ensures flawless campaign execution with a primary focus on
accuracy, timeliness, and QA. This is a production-heavy role where attention to detail is paramount.
Working closely with the retention team, this role executes builds, QA checks, and recurring program
tasks that form the backbone of our retention marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign & Flow Builds
- Build and QA email / SMS campaigns in Klaviyo’s editor, with light HTML editing when needed.
- Set up lifecycle flows (e.g., welcome, post-purchase, winback) based on pre-defined briefs & completed creative.
- Execute recurring program builds (Aftersell, transactional campaigns, direct mail, etc.).
QA & Accuracy
Conduct meticulous QA on all campaigns, ensuring flawless rendering, links, segmentation and scheduling accuracy.Perform routine audits of active flows / programs to identify, flag, and escalate errors from site / platform changes to ensure a timely resolution.Testing Support
Implement A / B test setups (subject lines, content variants, etc.) as directed by Sr. Associate and Manager team members.QA test builds and assist with reporting pulls.Reporting & Maintenance
Pull performance reports and maintain campaign performance trackers.Flag anomalies or discrepancies for leadership review.Collaboration & Communication
Work with Sr. Associate and Manager to ensure campaigns are executed correctly and on time.Proactively communicate issues, blockers, or QA findings.Requirements
Qualifications :
1–2 years of experience in email / SMS campaign productionExceptional QA skills and attention to detailBasic HTML / CSS knowledge preferredProven hands-on experience in Klaviyo building campaigns, segments, and flows is requiredExperience with Asana or other project management tools is desiredExperience with Postscript and Figma is a plusReliable project management and adherence to deadlinesKPIs :
