Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, payment scheme reports, charges, rules / regulations, banking operations, policies, and procedures.

Proficient in MS Office.

Capable of managing departmental matters independently in compliance with regulatory authorities.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Merchant Payments team.

Ensure complete knowledge of various Acquiring Management Systems with end-to-end Merchant Payment and Settlement processes.

Assign tasks to team members, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Motivate the team and monitor overall performance.

Ensure daily Merchant Payment processing is completed in a timely manner through all channels, including fund transfers in ABL accounts and IBFT.

Review successful and unsuccessful merchant payment reports.

Ensure daily balancing of Merchant Payments with outgoing files.

Review and resubmit outgoing files after addressing rejection reasons.

Prepare daily settlement vouchers based on payment scheme reports and funds received in domestic and international settlement accounts.

Ensure timely posting of merchant adjustments, refunds, and other related activities.

Ensure settlement with issuers and daily funds balancing.

Coordinate with the Nostro team for international funds settlement.

Ensure timely reporting to all relevant authorities.

Perform any other assignments as directed by higher management.

Qualification : Preferably a Master’s degree, but at least a Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, B.A (Hons.), BSIT, or BSCS from a reputed university.

Location : Lahore Experience :

Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field. Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
