Job Description

Radibix is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing content production team. You’ll be responsible for editing short-form videos optimized for social media platforms like TikTok and YouTube. The ideal candidate understands pacing, storytelling, and how to keep viewers hooked within the first few seconds.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw clips into engaging, high-retention short videos (30–90 seconds).

Add captions, sound effects, background music, and relevant visuals to match the tone and mood.

Apply dynamic transitions and on-screen text to maintain strong viewer attention.

Ensure every video aligns with our creative direction and visual standards.

Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Reels.

Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and emotional timing in storytelling.

Familiarity with viral social media trends and editing styles.

Ability to follow creative briefs and deliver polished videos fast.
