Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and management of digital insurance products within the Jazz ecosystem, ensuring scalable and data-driven outcomes.

Drive go-to-market strategies, customer adoption, and portfolio growth, backed by market research and financial analysis.

Collaborate with Insurance partners, tech, and marketing team to conceptualize, launch, and optimize innovative digital insurance products.

Own the entire product lifecycle — ideation, pricing, positioning, forecasting, performance tracking, and enhancements.

Provide customer insights, market intelligence, and segment-level recommendations through advanced data analysis.

Ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment with Jazz’s digital financial services roadmap.

Oversee operational execution for product launches, campaigns, and reporting cycles.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in Digital Products, Insurance, Product Management, & Marketing.

Proven ability to launch and scale digital products, preferably in insurance or fintech.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Expertise in building business cases, forecasting, and KPI dashboards.

Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights for management.

Ability to manage operational tasks and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
