About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our remote engineering team at TeamsWork . You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications used by global clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our product managers, designers, and QA team to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Laravel on the backend and Vue.js / React on the frontend.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Laravel.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment using modern development practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
  • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP) for backend development.
  • Hands‑on experience with Vue.js and / or React.js for frontend development.
  • Solid understanding of Node.js and RESTful API architecture.
  • Proficiency in MySQL , PostgreSQL , or similar relational databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Docker , CI / CD pipelines , or cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean) is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team environment .

    • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with TypeScript .
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture .
  • Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms .
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, PHPUnit, Cypress).
